Dream House Services LLC is a locally owned luxury home builder and renovation company founded in 2021 in Willis, Texas. We design and build custom homes, remodels, additions and outdoor living spaces for families within 100 miles, guided by one promise: You Dream It, We Build It.
Our Story
Why we started Dream House Services
We founded Dream House Services in 2021 because homeowners in Montgomery County and greater Houston deserved a builder who combines luxury craftsmanship with straight answers. Too many people had told us about vague bids, missed schedules and contractors who disappeared once the deposit cleared.
From our office in Willis, we set out to do it differently: line-item estimates, written change orders, a single point of contact and a team that plans for the realities of building in Southeast Texas — expansive clay soils, heavy rain, hurricane winds, flood zones, HOA reviews and long, hot summers.
Today we build custom homes, whole-home renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, additions and outdoor living spaces from Lake Conroe and The Woodlands to Houston, Huntsville, Bryan/College Station and the Gulf Coast. Our name says what we believe: you dream it, we build it.
