Foundation check before we open walls
Older slabs on clay soils can show movement. We look for cracks, sticking doors and uneven floors early, and bring in a structural engineer when needed so finishes are not installed over an unresolved problem.

Services
Our luxury home renovations transform dated houses across Montgomery County and greater Houston into open, light-filled homes. We handle structural changes, mechanical upgrades, permits and designer finishes under one contract, so you get a home that feels newly built without leaving the neighborhood you love.

Overview
Many beautiful homes in The Woodlands, Conroe and Houston were built in the 1980s through early 2000s with closed-off rooms, low ceilings and builder-grade finishes. A well-planned renovation can open sightlines, add natural light and modernize every surface while keeping the character and location you chose.
We begin with a detailed walkthrough to understand what is behind the walls — load-bearing structure, plumbing, electrical capacity and any past water damage — so your scope and budget are realistic from the start.

Typical timeline
Typically 3–9 months depending on scope, structural changes and finish lead times.
Texas Know-How
Older slabs on clay soils can show movement. We look for cracks, sticking doors and uneven floors early, and bring in a structural engineer when needed so finishes are not installed over an unresolved problem.
Luxury renovations add induction ranges, EV chargers, smart-home systems and more lighting. We evaluate panel capacity and wiring so new loads are supported safely.
We phase work, seal off dust zones and keep a clear daily schedule so families can stay in the home whenever the scope allows.
Local Service
We provide home renovation throughout our 100-mile service area. Choose your community for local details.

FAQ
Often, yes. For many projects we phase the work, isolate construction zones with dust barriers and keep at least one kitchen or bath functional. For full gut renovations that affect plumbing and HVAC throughout the house, a short move-out is usually safer and faster.
Most renovations that touch structure, electrical, plumbing or HVAC require a permit from the city — or the county in unincorporated areas — and many neighborhoods also require HOA approval. We prepare and manage those submittals as part of our service.
If the foundation is sound and the location is right, renovating usually costs less and keeps the mature trees and neighborhood you love. If the structure needs major foundation, framing and system replacement, a rebuild can make more sense. We walk the property and help you compare both honestly.
